During the month of March, the earth travails from death to life. The coming of spring, with its blossoms and birds, is proceeded with days of somber and gloom. Gray skies, wind, and rain prevail most days. Transition, although never easy, is necessary for change. The coming weeks will herald a new beginning.  With grateful hearts the whole world, pagan and christian, anticipates the joyous arrival of spring and the resurrection of new life as all creation joins in celebration.
