Rosemary and oregano are both antioxidant mints that help in reducing arthritis. Additional mints, combined with a dash of ginger and turmeric, create a soothing tea with heathy benefits. Any of these delicious tea combinations are healing to the body and satisfying to drink. For arthritic relief, drink several cups a day.


MULTI-MINT ANTIOXIDANT TEA INGREDIENTS

Rosemary, Oregano, Dash of ginger & turmeric

Add any of the following HERBS to make an appealing tea you like:

Peppermint

Sage

Savory

Spearmint

Thyme

Basil

Bee Balm

Horehound

Hyssop

Lemon Balm


DIRECTIONS

Use 2 parts of the ingredients you like and 1 part of those less appealing.  Pour boiling water over all the herbs.  Steep for 10 to 20 minutes before drinking.
