The scent of freshly dried grass wafts through the studio window as the last ray of sunshine beams across the valley floor. In this moment I pause and reminisce about the passing days of summer and the harvest season to come. I recall the many October afternoons spent crafting wreaths for autumn shows and open houses ....which reminds me of this quote:
Autumn is the mellower season,
and what we lose in flowers
we more than gain in fruits and grains and harvest.
Every season abounds with blessing.
