This tea is my favorite after dinner tea. The Peppermint and Bee Balm provide a relaxing and refreshing tea that is helpful in the digesting process for better health. It can be made with fresh or dried leaves. I always dry some leaves for a winter supply.
AFTER DINNER TEA FOR DIGESTION
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Steep 10 to 15 minutes depending on your taste
1 tsp. mint (fresh or dried)
1 tsp. bee balm
NOTE: When making a pot of tea I simply throw in a handful of both Peppermint and Bee Balm (also known as Monarda or Oswego Tea) leaves.
