This is a wonderful tea for just about any health problem. Rose hips contain high levels of antioxidant-rich nutrients and vitamin C. Wild hips can be gathered throughout the winter months and may be used either fresh or dried. When feeling under the weather, brew some tea with these herbs from last summer's garden and feel your spirits begin to lift.
