This week we are introducing our 2015 Holiday Statement Pieces & Tutorials. With this debut, we will be blogging a little less, at least for the month of December, but not to worry our site is going through some new transitions and this upcoming year we are excited to share more designs, tutorials, and other goodies with you.
As for this November and December quarter, I would like to introduce the versatility and beauty of Teasel and Rose Hips in Five Fabulous Holiday Designs. In these photos Shannon and I took to the woodlands gathering armfuls of prickly teasel and thorny berry vines, you'll notice these materials in this month's Floral Accents Journal. It was a crisp and damp day, the air smelled of woodsmoke as we trouped through the wetlands and bramble bushes of the countryside. Just to be away from the computer was a therapeutic reprieve from the hum-drum office grind. As the buzz of a busy highway sounded in the distance, we felt as though we escaped the hurried pace of life that afternoon.
So tomorrow I look forward to showcasing our first arrangement in the 2015 Holiday Ensemble and debuting our new ebook! We hope you are inspired to grab a copy and create something new and beautiful this holiday season.
